We will never carry a requisition load of more than 5 positions. Should that number be surpassed, Sona Talent outsources its customer requisitions to a channel partner. The channel partner submits directly to your Sona Talent Recruiter at which point we conduct an internal intake call to determine proper candidate alignment. Once the candidate is identified as a good fit, a Sona Talent Recruiter submits the candidate directly to the customer.
Sona Talent supports small to midsize companies that are in need of a talent partner. Once a contract is signed, we run a detailed intake call with your hiring manager for each requisition released to support. While the right skills are important, culture alignment is key. Soft skills, hard skills and management style questions will be asked during this interview to ensure the proper match.
